The Italian Union Caterers (UIR), founded in 1971, combines the restaurants where the art kitchen, wine cellar and table, are ennobled from fine art in a unity of purpose aimed at offering the customer everything you expect to find outside the home.

A lunch or dinner, served impeccably in the correct combination of food paired with wines, are ennobled by the gift of the tablet copyright, which reproduces the work of figurative art that the masters of contemporary art produced for each of the local members of 'UIR
