Canese Antonio was born in Porto Venere (La Spezia) January 29, 1953. The parents, Lola and Angiolino, are the owners since late 1950 of a famous restaurant (inherited from Angiolino from their parents) to Porto Venere, in Calata Doria, a few meters from the sea. Anthony always helps parents in their restaurant business and acquired a unique experience in preparing traditional cuisine of Liguria.
